Booking your lehenga at least 2–3 months in advance is highly recommended. This is especially crucial during the wedding season when demand is higher. Early booking ensures you have access to a wider range of options and allows us ample time to make necessary adjustments, if any.

While fully customized lehengas are typically not available for rentals, we do offer minor customizations such as alterations for fitting, adjusting blouse sizes, and adding small embellishments. If you’re looking for specific customizations, you can discuss your needs with our team, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Absolutely! Customer safety and hygiene are our top priorities. Each lehenga is professionally cleaned, steamed, and sanitized after every use. This ensures that you receive a fresh and immaculate outfit for your big day.

Our standard rental package includes the lehenga skirt, blouse, and dupatta. In addition, we offer optional accessories such as jewelry, clutch bags, and matching footwear, which can be rented separately. You can create a complete ensemble that matches your vision.

Yes, we provide a try-on service to ensure the lehenga fits you perfectly before the rental. You can schedule an appointment to visit our store or showroom, where our team will assist you in selecting and fitting your desired lehenga.

We understand that accidents happen. A refundable security deposit is taken at the time of rental to cover minor damages. For more significant damages, repair costs will be deducted from the deposit. In extreme cases where the lehenga is irreparable, additional charges may apply.

Yes, we offer rental extensions. However, you need to inform us in advance to check for availability. Additional charges for the extended period will apply, depending on the duration of the extension.

Yes, we have a wide range of lehengas not only for brides but also for bridesmaids, family members, and guests. These are available in various styles and sizes to suit everyone’s preferences and requirements.

We take every measure to ensure proper fittings before the lehenga is rented. If an issue arises, you can contact us, and we’ll try to provide an alternative or make necessary adjustments to the lehenga, if possible.

Our refund policy depends on how early the cancellation is made. For cancellations made well in advance, a full or partial refund may be provided. However, last-minute cancellations might incur a small fee to cover our preparation costs.
